We're unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. This includes changes to:

• Items
• Sizes
• Shipping methods
• Billing addresses
• Shipping addresses

However, we do allow a minimum 30-minute cancellation window between the time your order is placed and when it is shipped. During this period, you may be able to cancel your order. Please check your order confirmation email for instructions.

If you have already received a fulfilment email confirming that your order has been dispatched, you will need to wait until the order has been delivered before submitting a return request.
